I was excited when my daughter gave me this Smoke N Grill for my birthday which was 2 days before Mother's Day. I love to cook and I love smoke and grill meats. My favorite is smoke salmon which I will be preparing in the future. Don't worry I will be
sharing the recipe wit you guys.
This grill/smoker comes in 6 pieces: the body, the water pan, the charcoal pan,2 metal grills and the cover.
The material it is made of is a black coated metal except for the legs that are not coated.
Let's start with the cover which is very deep and it has a thermometer to keep track of the temperature of the grill. It has 2 settings which includes warm and ideal.This will enable you to see that the meat is cooking with adequate heat when the gauge is on the ideal setting.














The body has the shape of a tall trash can with  a small metal door at the bottom. 





It has 3 sets of brackets on the interior to hold the 2 pans and the metal grills.


The large pan is used for the charcoal. I used wood charcoal with lighter fluid since prep wood or charcoal is not recommended.

The water pan is used to enable the smoke and heat to circulate evenly throughout the smoker.



The two chrome grills which are placed on the first two sets of brackets where the second one sits on the top of the water pan.






























This smoker can hold a variety of meat and vegetables.I plan on smoking my turkey for Thanksgiving this year and my ham for Christmas. As you can see below this smoker/grill has 3 wooden handles. One on the cover and two on each side of the body for safety from getting burn while it is still hot.
